Jarrod Lopiccolo, CEO/Founder
Jarrod Lopiccolo co-owns and operates Noble Studios, an international Web development and digital marketing company. Jarrod brings more than 10 years of UI development experience with an emphasis in Web technology to the business. As co-owner, he is responsible for securing new business, building strong relationships with clients and the overall strategic direction of the agency. Jarrod also serves as a preferred consultant to many businesses in the region, and his creative diversity has made him an influential player in his profession.
In 2010, Jarrod was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Nevada District of the U.S. Small Business Administration and top 20 under 40 by the Reno-Gazette Journal. He and his partner Season also received In Business Las Vegas’ Entrepreneur Award in 2010. Jarrod has held board seats for American Marketing Association, Northern Nevada Development Authority and participated in community events held by Nevada’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology as well as KNPB.
With a growing rolodex, Jarrod has 750+ close, strategic relationships from all over the world. This in tangent with his expertise in the following are his contributions to Noble Studios:
1) Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company.
2) Identify merger and acquisition opportunities.
3) Use contacts and non-monetary resources to stir communication and use of the company.

Season Lopiccolo, COO/Founder
Season Lopiccolo co-owns and operates Noble Studios, an international Web development and digital marketing company. Season brings more than 10 years of project management, strategic planning and marketing to the business. As co-owner, she is responsible for business systems strategy, operations direction and development, and future business planning.
During the heavier growth years of Noble Studios, Season worked on many PR campaigns within the company’s history as well as some of the more high profile client strategy projects. One noteworthy project, is the Autodesk Project Dragonfly social media campaign. The Objective: to gain as many unique visitors to a newly released SaaS beta project within 2-months. The campaign surpassed client expectations by nearly five times the expected rates with nearly 70,000 unique visitors.
Season has a history in the community with her involvement in city fundraisers, the Carson City School District’s Technology Textbook Committee and Nevada Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology.
Responsibilities include:
1) Planning and continuously improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission, specifically support better reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
2) Overseeing overall financial management, systems, resources and controls
3) Play a significant role in long-term planning of the company including initiative for operational success.

Michael Thomas, VP of Business Development
Before joining Noble Studios in 2010 as VP of Business Development, Michael Thomas was the Executive Director of Marketing for the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority, where he managed the marketing and public relations initiatives for the largest tourism agency for the Reno Tahoe region.
He previously focused on economic development, business development, sales and marketing in executive level positions with the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada and interactive agency Twelve Horses North America. His marketing skills have been recognized by the both Public Relations Society of America and American Marketing Association, which named him “AMA Marketer of the Year” in 2002.
An experienced communications professional, Michael Thomas is passionate about integrating innovation and technology into business process and sales efforts. His passion for organizations that improve where we live is clear with his participation on the boards for Western Industrial Nevada, KNPB-TV, and Renown.
Responsibilities include:
1) Increasing gross revenue
2) Overseeing the business development efforts of the company.
3) Creating & managing process within the business development team.
